    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial project management.

    Skills:

    Qualification:
    •	Academic/Professional Qualification: College /University graduate from engineering major.
    •	Working Experience: more than 6 years new product introduce related experiences, with PE work background preferred.
    •	Expertise/Skills: Have skilled knowledge in new product introduce and good practice in trouble shooting; Be able to work with standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Responsibilities:
    1. Under the condition of training, participate or conduct the designated supplier audit / visit, submit the audit / visit report to supervisor, follow up the open topics from the previous audit/visit or assigned by supervisor.

    5. Manage the deviation of buy part according to CPV/ IMS requirements (QPI, RCF, FRF, 8D, Status Reports etc.) from dependance to independence under supervision.
    6. Regularly review the inspection data from supplier and IQC, trigger the continuous improvement action plan.
    7. Participate Production Part Approval Process for relocation or mold subcontracting or project assigned under supervision, such as participate the meetings, visit suppliers to ensure the compliance of requirements form the inspections to production, monitor and drive the improvement plan to fulfill Miele Quality Requirements.
    8. Implement the training plan, report the learning status in written to Supervisor regularly.
    9. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor and HOD.
    
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor’s degree above, majored in electronics is preferred. No limit on the major for the candidate with the big potential.
    2. 3+ years quality management experience in home appliance (vacuum cleaner and BQQ are preferred) fields, working experience in foreign company is preferred.
    3. Familiar with the communication and negotiation skills with external supplier quality management.
    4. Familiar processing of cables, PCBA, MCU, battery pack, etc.
    5. CET-4 level or above, proficient in reading, writing and speaking, be able to use English as working language in daily business, attend meetings, telephone calls etc.
    6. Qualified ISO9001 auditor, qualified VDA6.3 auditor is preferred.
    7. Good interpersonal communication skills, positive listening, data driving and result orientation under timeline.
    8. Willing to take challenge, would work under multi-tasks in parallel and could work under certain pressure.
    9. Work independently.
