Key Job Responsibilities：
Purchasing & Procurement:
1.Develop and implement purchasing strategies for sourcing raw materials, equipment, and services.
2.Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms regarding price, quality, and delivery.
3.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships with key local and international suppliers.
4.Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production disruptions, balancing inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing carrying costs.
Supply Chain Management:
5.Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and distribution.
6.Collaborate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure a seamless supply of materials and components.
7.Optimize supply chain processes to improve lead times, reduce waste, and enhance cost-efficiency.
8.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including market fluctuations, supplier reliability, and logistics challenges.
Logistics & Distribution:
9.Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the factory and finished goods to customers.
10.Work with third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and reduce shipping costs.
11.Ensure compliance with Vietnamese import/export regulations and international trade requirements.
12.Oversee warehouse management and inventory control, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and tracking of goods.
Supplier Relationship Management:
13.Develop long-term partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with quality and delivery standards.
14.Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in supplier performance.
15.Implement a supplier performance monitoring system with key metrics such as on-time delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.
Cost Management & Optimization:
16.Monitor and control supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
17.Conduct regular cost analyses and report on purchasing and supply chain performance.
18.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
19.Ensure all procurement activities comply with Vietnamese laws, international standards, and company policies.
20.Manage supply chain risks by identifying alternative suppliers, ensuring business continuity during disruptions.
21.Stay up to date on regulatory changes, trade agreements, and global market trends that could impact the supply chain.
Team Leadership & Development:
22.Lead and manage the purchasing and supply chain team, ensuring clear communication of goals and objectives.
23.Provide training, development, and performance reviews for team members.
24.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications
Education:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2.Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are preferred.
Experience:
3.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4.Experience in working with suppliers in Vietnam and globally is a plus.
5.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures in Vietnam.
Skills:
6.Proficient in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and inventory management systems.
7.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
8.Analytical skills for cost optimization and supplier performance evaluation.
9.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Chinese and English. Vietnamese is better.
