    Key Job Responsibilities
    Lead the engineering team responsible for NPI transfer with CN counterparts, mass production engineering support, machine maintenance, repair, and optimization of factory machinery and equipment.

    Qualifications
     Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
    Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
    Experience:

    Job scope:
    Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge.  Works require initiation and cases can be different.  Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management.  Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the quality result.
    
    Qualification:
    •	Academic / Professional Qualification: University Degree in Electronics / Mechanical /Acoustic
    •	Working Experience: Min 6 years’ experience, preferably in AV product box at build level. Acoustic experience is an advantage. 
    •	Expertise / Skills: Familiar with ISO9000, IATF16949 or VDA6.3 requirements. Good in quality tools like APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP and 8D, good analytical skill (statistical skill) and process audit skill.

    Job Purpose: 
    Organize factory team to deploy critical new project with PCP team. Ensure customer sample delivery.  Lead Ramp up improvement activities to ensure deliverable in line with BC target.  Support to deploy VEVA/Copy tool activity.

    Qualification:
    •	Academic/Professional Qualification: College /University graduate from engineering major.
    •	Working Experience: more than 6 years new product introduce related experiences, with PE work background preferred.
    •	Expertise/Skills: Have skilled knowledge in new product introduce and good practice in trouble shooting; Be able to work with standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    •	Language skills: Excellent English reading, writing, speaking and good ability to present.

    2.	MRB material liability follow up with supplier.
    3.	Material quality Spec review with internal, customer and supplier.
    4.	Material SIP document creation and maintenance.
    5.	Develop and implement the supplier quality management processes and score card systems.
    6.	Responsible for managing and reporting on the weekly quality performance of suppliers, lead technical problem resolution.
    7.	Conduct supplier factory and process audits and qualifications.
    8.	Handling supplier onsite quality inspection or incoming quality check at the factory.
    9.	New material verification, and follow up Correlation/SIP/Q-plan/GR&R,KAPPA,etc.
    10.	Data analysis for incoming test data.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    1.	Over 5 years’ experience on supplier or incoming materials quality management.
    2.	Familiar data analysis tool.
    3.	Understanding ISO and 5 tools from TS, such PPAP, APQP, MSA...
    4.	Familiar with supplier system audit, process audit and product audit
    5.	Familiar with factory process, RMA, good negotiation skill
    6.	Strong leadership & Communication skills & Presentation skills & Problem-solving.
    7.	Data handling for management report
    8.	Engineering knowledge is a plus.
    
    1.	5年以上供应商或来料质量管理经验。

    Position Summary:
    1)  To conduct validation activities across the medical side of the business, specially but not limited to Mould Tool Validation,Assembly/Process Validation, Computer Software Validation, R&R Gauge Study/Test Method Validation.
    2)  Writing and executing various types of documentation to successully achieve compliant and robust validated processes for  medical devices, components and systems.
    
    Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    1)  Generate all documentation relating to the validation of medical devices, products, compoents or systems. 
    2)  Generate documentation in line with ISO 13485, FDA CFR Part 21, MDR and other medical device regulatory requirements.
    3)  Perform Tooling, Equipment, System and Manufacturing Validation Qualification for medical products, devices,  components and processes.
    4)  Work closely with colleagues and customers to support the integration and validation of production lines for new medical devices and the management of existing medical production lines.
    5)  Continuous improvement and a history of efficiency improvements
    6)  Conduct Validation activities either on-site or remotely with regards to worldwide sites and occasional travel.
    7)  Take part in Validation Review Board, Periodic Re-validation activities and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures / Protocols
    8)  Monitor production compliance within Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
    9)  Undertake projects according to project management principles, and maintain compliance to Regulatory and Quality systems  
    10)  Lead the implementation of projects of varying size and impact across a diverse set of medical products. 
    
    Main Requirements:
    Qualification:
    1)  College or above, major in a science allied to Medical Devices and Equipment Engineering or other related fields is a plus.
    2)  Minimum qualification for internal auditing to ISO9001:2015.
    3)  Certificated Qualification in Validation & Verification is preferred.
    
    Experience:
    1)  Minimum of 3 years Industry experience in the medical sector.
    2)  Experience in all Validation & Verification activities with a full understanding of the validation process, running tests, analyzing data and documenting the results to ensure that the product(s) meet the company’s expectations.  
    3)  Experience in the field of Plastic Injection Mould Tool and Optimisation.
    4)  Computer Software Validation (CSV) experience.
    5)  Experience of MiniTab or similar.
    
    Abilities & Skills:
    1)  Full understanding of the Validation and Verification lifecycle, V-Model and GHTF Process Validation.
    2)  Understanding of Measuring Systems and Calibration requirements.
    3)  Confident and comfortable with generating documentation and producing written updates
    4)  Knowledge of Regulatory and Quality systems  
    5)  Good communication skills in both Chinese & English (verbal and written), able to interact closely with other medical team memebers as well as cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales through multiple worldwide locations.
    6)  Strong project leadership skills (six sigma)
    7)  Strong Problem-Solving skills and techniques, Including Root Cause Analysis
    8)  Strong Statistical Analysis and Cpk / Ppk understanding
    9)  Disciplined, self-motivated and be able to work as both an individual and as part of a team.
