Responsibilities:
1.Design the sound, acoustic, and active noise cancellation (ANC) architecture for consumer products, ensuring high sound quality and effective ANC performance.
2.Define acoustic requirements, develop concepts and specifications, and collaborate with relevant functions as necessary.
3.Work with customers and cross-functional teams to review headphone design proposals and assess their feasibility.
4.Organize product architecture validation prior to the start of tooling.
5.Lead the evaluation of new platforms and technologies, facilitating the implementation of innovations.
6.Conduct acoustic verification and sound quality approvals.
7.Assist suppliers with acoustic design challenges and provide support.
8.Collaborate with production engineers to maintain quality control.
9.Support management in enhancing sound development process.
Qualifications:
1.Possess excellent hearing abilities to accurately assess the sound quality of audio products.
2.Have a strong understanding of headphone-related hardware, software, digital signal processing (DSP) fundamentals, and headphone system design.
3.Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Acoustical/Physics/Computer Engineering.
4.Have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a headphone acoustic systems engineer in new product development.
5.Demonstrate good spoken English skills and the ability to write technical documents clearly and concisely.
