职责描述:
1、Responsible for the order delivery plan, coordinate customers and manufacturing department to ensure the fulfillment of order planning on time.
2、Responsible for the accuracy of the order information, price, and customers data in the ERP system, optimize the process of order review.
3、Responsible for the order confirmation and sales forecast plan.
4、Select good forwarder based on price and service quality.
5、Manage finished products and make them at reasonable level.
Manage and solve product mold/material/idle WIP/finished products after EOP.
6、Track payment and ensure that receive payment in time.
7、Assist in solving internal and external anomalies.
任职要求
1、More than 10 years customer service management experience in manufacturing environment, international companies background and automotive business background is preferred.
2、Possess extensive experiences and deeply understanding in the whole process of supply chain, including demand forecast, order management, OTD of shipment and production plan, inventory analysis and control, etc.
3、Possess good communication skill in the large enterprise cross-functional organization, including communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
4、Able to communicate work in Chinese and English, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
5、Familiar with ERP and MES system, can use daily office software.
6、Good ability of analysis, communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership; able to manage milestones.
