Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise a team of Operation 
Maintain smooth logistic (warehouse) operation & handle daily operations including pick & pack, put-away and cross - stocking
Achieve operational targets and responsible for various reporting for inventory management 
Capable for logistics and warehouse planning and coordination
Evaluate and review the existing warehouse/logistic operation and able to implement and document the work flow process
Stock take and audit preparation, implement cycle count schedule and variance investigate
Handle the reverse logistics, inventory damage and adjustment
Handling ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
5 years of relevant working experience in sizeable warehouse environment.
Graduated Dip.in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ warehouse management or above. 
Self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player
Knowledge of WMS is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office in Excel (such as pivot table, V/ H/ X lookup, Macro & VBA would be advantage)
Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently with a strong analytical mind and communication skill.
Can work under pressure
Immediately available would be advantage

-8 年及以上供应商质量管理工作经验，至少 3 年有 SQE 团队管理经验。
- 具有良好的供应商管理技能，熟悉冲压、成型、嵌件成型、保持架组装、电镀和焊接过程质量控制要求。
4.技能要求：熟练掌握8D、DOE、SPC、MAS、FMEA、APQP、PPAP等各种质量工具。熟悉 ISO9001 和 IATF16949 质量管理体系要求。
5.强大的团队领导能力和推动 SQE 和供应商绩效的成熟能力。
6.较强的数据分析能力和风险管理经验。
7.工作严谨细心，能承受工作压力。
8.反应敏捷，经常出差。
工作内容：
1.带领 HSIO SQE 团队改进供应商质量管理流程。
2.制定年度供应商质量KPI并跟踪每周和每月的数据，并据此启动持续改进计划。
3.培训和辅导 SQE 团队，提升 SQE 团队解决问题的能力。
与 DE/NPI/Sourcing 团队 4.Work，以鉴定新供应商和新组件。
5.计划定期的供应商QSA和QPA审核，及时识别系统和过程控制风险，确保供应商过程控制符合HSIO要求。
6.与 DE/NPI 团队就组件检验项目和标准保持一致，并在供应商和 HSIO IQC 中制定检验计划。
7.带领 SQE 团队及时解决组件质量问题，并推动强大的根本原因分析和纠正措施以及预防计划。
8.将经验分享传达给所有供应商。
9.与采购团队合作，完成供应商绩效记分卡，并对结果不佳的供应商采取对策。
