Responsibilities:
•	Supervise/Manage SQE and IQC Team daily basis, Develope quality teams personal skills on current manufacturing technology, quality tools, interpersonal and business skills, generally improve quality team’s competence.
•	Lead SQE team to work with sourcing department to continuously improve supplier outgoing shipment performance to make sure Incoming inspection LAR (Lot Accept Rate) meeting/above target company goal.
•	Lead SQE team to develop supplier periodically audit plan and ensure the audit plan timely implemented. 
•	Lead SQE team to ensure ongoing supplier on-site evaluation is performed. This would be achieved by using information collected from receiving inspection, customer rejects, SCAR database and by liaison efforts with customer’s feedback. Performance evaluation will be reported to suppliers or to the customers if necessary.
•	Ensure SQE team will be the focal person for assembly related quality and functional issues that are caused by components being purchased for manufacturing.
•	Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate.
•	Actively Lead Quarterly QRB (Quality review Board) activities to drive supplier quality improvement.
•	Actively work with cross function team for incoming material MRB reduction.
•	Provide guidance to IQC team to prepare incoming inspection control plan and inspection WI and inspection criteria.
•	Overseeing the Metrology and Calibration activities, understanding GD & T and mechanical measurement. 
•	Contribute to the success of the team by participating in regular meetings, sharing information and experience to help others succeed and meet overall department &company objectives.
•	Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.


Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 5 years holding the role as IQC and or SQE Manager experience.
3. Good knowledge in MSA, SPC, Control plan, measurement tools/equipment, CAPA, etc.
4. Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO 13485 and FDA.
5. Be proficient in supplier qualification, audit, assessment, and quality continuous improvement.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Good leadership.
8. Fluent oral English. 
9. Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize objectives and accomplish them
10. Creative and skilled in finding ways to continuously improve performance
11. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
