Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all work of the manufacturing Engineering Department (process engineering, manufacturing engineering, testing engineering) and manage the manufacturing engineering team, including personnel recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.
2. Communicated with various departments according to the company's product development and manufacturing requirements, reviewed process plans, formulated related processes and testing procedures, ensured the company's production equipment and testing equipment capabilities, planned resource allocation for new projects, and provided support for product development and manufacturing.
3. Responsible for formulating and improving new product process planning, improving product process and production/testing equipment capabilities, and ensuring the realization of company quality and cost targets.
4. Fully responsible for NPI feasibility analysis of new products, new product production, trial production and mass production introduction, exception handling, new product summary, etc.;
5. Develop and optimize manufacturing process to improve production efficiency and product quality. Control the production process to ensure the stability of product quality.
6. Organized and coordinated the work process of each position, established process standards and specifications, and improved the efficiency and quality of the whole process
7. Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments (such as R&D, procurement, production, quality, etc.) to ensure smooth production activities.
8. Responsible for budget formulation and management of manufacturing engineering department, and effective cost control.
9. Tracked and responded to the industry development trend, and provided suggestions for the company's manufacturing engineering strategy.
10. Solve the technical problems in the production process, propose solutions to the problems in the production process and promote the solution to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
11. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing engineering department to enhance the overall team strength.
12. Black Belt, Lean Expert certified is a preferred


Experience: 
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or other major with equivalent skill level.
2. Familiar with  automotive wire products, project management, DFX, lean production, automation, 6sigma and other tools and methods.
3. Applicants are required to have more than 10 years of manufacturing engineering related work experience, familiar with the production process and technology of the manufacturing industry, and have rich on-site management, practical operation experience, team work experience, equipment maintenance and other basic skills.
4. Master production management, quality control, cost control and other methods, and have certain engineering analysis and problem solving ability.
5. Proficient in data analysis tools, with certain budget management ability.
6. Have the ability to negotiate and write reports, and communicate effectively with other departments.
7. Good communication skills, able to work closely with R&D, production, quality and other teams to jointly achieve project goals. At the same time, I have teamwork spirit and problem solving ability, and can play a key role in the team.
